Admin247 Interface
Admin247 - The control panel – gives you the ability to perform all the relevant admin functions,
including screen settings, timings and ticker header message, loading company logos
and branding, reading messages left by potential customers, together with viewing stats of customer use!
This desktop tool can also be allocated to those you wish to use within your business
by simply giving them the user name and password. As with Database247, all changes can be made remotely
utilising the clients network, allowing you to make change within several branches from one site!
When utilising the Touch247 software this Admin247 desktop tool allows you to simply select your six featured products from the main list on the left. A simple and easy operation that allows you to refresh your Touch247 showcase anytime you wish!
Individual messages left through Touch247 can be easily read on those PCs allocated to receive and deal with those messages, allowing you to contact that potential customer.
A full list of messages are available for the client to add to their database, increasing their reach and attracting new sales. The Admin247 client desktop tool has built in profanity filters and postcode checkers to help keep the information clean; however, there may be a degree of bad messaging which will have to be filtered out.
To help the client understand what interaction Touch247 generates we have a placed a simple set of stats in the Admin247 interface. This allows you to view basic information such as, total messages left, product searches and product views by month. These stats are for general guidance only as the real 'proof of the pudding' will be in the increase in sales!
