To enable us to better understand customer habits and behaviour with regard to Touch Through Glass Interactivity, research was carried out in conjunction with several estate agents. Both buyers and sellers were questioned, with particular emphasis on whether the screen had an influence on their behaviour. I.e. would it make them more or less likely to do certain things?
The research also centered on the various features of Touch247TM and whether or not an interactive screen was viewed as more useful than a non interactive offering.
