TOUCH247 RESEARCH
Street research was carried out to establish the customer
needs and benefits of the Touch247 product. Both buyers and
sellers were questioned, with particular emphasis on whether
the screen had an influence on the behaviour i.e. would it
make them more or less likely to do certain things.
It also centred on the various features of Touch247 and whether
or not an interactive screen was viewed as more useful than
a non interactive offering.
